Welcome to the Sesser-Valier Community Unit School District #196 website.  We will work hard to make this site a primary source for timely information for all users, and a main gateway for improved communication between parents, teachers, students and other members of our community.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

Sesser-Valier Spirit Wear is now available for sale.  Orders are due December 2 and will be delivered before Christmas.  Make checks payable to SV School.  Order forms are available in the Elementary and High School offices or by clicking the link below.

Sesser-Valier Edition of the 2016 SV Holiday Tournament Shirt is pictured below.  It contains the above SVHT Logo on the front and rosters of the players and cheerleaders on the back.

The shirts will be red and will ONLY be available during this pre-order.
The SV Edition with the player and cheerleader roster
cannot be purchased at the tourney.

These shirts WILL be available in time to give as Christmas presents!!

ORDERS ARE DUE BY NOON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2.

Payment must accompany order.

For school closing information, please check one of the following media sources:
Television stations: WSIL TV 3, KFVS Channel 12, or WPSD TV 6. 

Radio Stations: WMIX (94.1), WDDD (107.3), WTAO (105.1), WCIL (101.5), or Z100 
(99.9). 

If you call the school (625-5105), after you hear the school’s greeting, press “6” for updated information on school closings.
